What is cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is when a child or group of children uses the Internet or any other electronic device to harass, tease, or humiliate another child. Cyber bullying has a terrible effect on some kids and you can never escape from it. Cyber bullying includes calling names, threatening, impersonation, and  outing.
